We’ll talk about where you are, what you want to change, and whether coaching together is a good fit. It’s a free, 30-minute conversation online. The Zoom link is in your confirmation email. ## Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on? No. Choose a time, sign in, and answer a few questions so Sharif can prepare. You can add goals to your optional profile afterward, or simply bring what’s on your mind to the call. ## How does private coaching work? Personal and family coaching include nine private sessions with a personalized plan, accountability, and support between sessions. We’ll talk through the details and fit during your consultation. ## Can my company sponsor coaching? Yes. LifeCoachATL offers company-sponsored coaching, talks and workshops. Organizations start with an inquiry rather than the consultation calendar: tell us about your people on the organizations page and Sharif will reply to set up a conversation. ## Is coaching the same as therapy? No. Coaching focuses on goals, decisions, habits, and accountability. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or mental-health treatment. The consultation is an opportunity to discuss whether coaching is appropriate for what you’re looking for.
