Whats holding you back?


In life, there are trials and tribulations, we all know and have been through them. But do you let them determine what you do? Where you go? How you speak? How you eat? It’s up to you to decide whether we hide under the bed or face that monster that we’ve been hiding from for 20+ years (or however long).





We all have fears. We all go through something. But it’s important to know that EVERYONE has something going on, EVERYONE needs SOMEONE to talk to, and it’s OKAY to be afraid. But it’s NOT okay to let fear determine and define who you were, who you are, and who you could be? If I had let fear stop me during the pandemic, I would’ve never ventured out and started my own business as a life coach!





Fear can hold you back without even realizing, filling your head with doubts and clouding your own judgement and capabilities. Fear can also equal a lack of confidence, and for many people that’s the root of many issues. Fear can hold you back from quitting that job you know isn’t paying you enough for the degree you went back and got, but you’re doubting whether or not you’re even good enough for the next one. Will they think you’re qualified? What about being the new person again? Instead of letting these intrusive thoughts win, try replacing them with a positive affirmation. Walk with your head held high, and speak confidently and kindly to yourself like you do to your friends. And if you need a little bit of help, that’s OK! Don’t let fear stop you from reaching out and recognizing that you need an extra push.
