Life coach in Atlanta

Your Life. Your Next Level.

You know there’s more in you. Coaching helps you get to it.

A few words from Sharif. Sound on, when you’re ready.

Life is a sport.

When you’re learning something new, you get a coach. When you want to improve, you get a coach. And when you’re already good but want to reach the next level?

You still get a coach.

Behind every great athlete is a coach who sees what they can’t see, challenges them when they’re capable of more, helps them adjust when something isn’t working, and reminds them what they’re capable of when confidence starts to slip.

Life works the same way.

You don’t need someone to tell you how to live your life.

You need someone in your corner who can help you see more clearly, challenge what’s holding you back, turn what you want into a plan—and hold you accountable for actually doing something about it.

That’s personal coaching at LifeCoachATL.

Start where it matters to you

Where do you want to grow?

Confidence & Self-Trust

Stop second-guessing yourself and start trusting the person making the decisions.

Confidence isn’t pretending you have everything figured out. It’s learning to trust yourself enough to move forward even when you don’t.

Clarity & Direction

You don’t need your entire life mapped out. You need to know your next move.

Sometimes you’re not stuck because you aren’t capable.

You’re stuck because there are too many directions you could go—or because you’ve spent so much time doing what you’re supposed to do that you’ve lost track of what you actually want.

Accountability & Follow-Through

Knowing what to do isn’t the same as doing it.

You’ve probably already consumed enough advice. Another book, podcast or motivational video probably isn’t the missing ingredient.

Sometimes what you need is someone who remembers what you said mattered—and asks what you did about it.

Life Changes & What’s Next

Sometimes the life that got you here isn’t the life you want next.

  • A new career.
  • A relationship beginning or ending.
  • Graduation, a move, a new role.
  • A loss.
  • A milestone birthday.

Or simply realizing that something in your life needs to change even though you can’t quite name it yet.

Relationships, Dating & Communication

Better relationships often begin with understanding yourself better.

  • How you communicate.
  • What you tolerate.
  • What you avoid.
  • How clearly you express what you need.
  • What you believe you deserve.

All of it follows you into your relationships.

What’s the ROI on a Better Life?

Companies measure return on investment in dollars. Personal growth isn’t always that simple.

Sometimes the return is financial—a promotion you finally pursue, a career change you finally make or an opportunity you stop talking yourself out of.

  • Sometimes it’s getting hours of your life back by setting a boundary.
  • Sometimes it’s improving a relationship that matters deeply to you.
  • Sometimes it’s making the decision you’ve been avoiding for three years.
  • Sometimes it’s waking up with direction instead of dread.
  • And sometimes it’s finally becoming someone you trust to do what they say they’re going to do.

Not everything valuable can be measured in dollars.

But there is a cost to staying stuck, too.

Why LifeCoachATL?

This isn’t a program designed to turn you into somebody else.

It’s coaching built around you.

  • Your goals.
  • Your personality.
  • Your life.
  • Your obstacles.
  • Your definition of success.

Sharif’s job isn’t to hand you the answers.

It’s to listen closely enough to ask better questions. To see patterns that can be difficult to see from inside your own life. To challenge you when you’re capable of more. To help turn what you’re thinking into something actionable. And to be there when it’s time to follow through.

Because you’re still the one taking the shot.

A coach simply helps you play your game better.

Experience with real life

Coaching That Meets You Where You Are.

Because real life rarely fits neatly into a category.

People come to coaching with different histories, abilities, identities, relationships and challenges.

Over the years, Sharif has worked successfully with clients whose lives include experiences such as ADHD and neurodiversity, special needs, the effects of traumatic brain injury, LGBTQ+ identity and family dynamics, dating and relationships, health and fitness goals, major life transitions and other circumstances that can shape how someone builds confidence and moves forward.

Those experiences matter. But they don’t define the person.

The coaching remains centered on the individual:

  • What does confidence look like for you?
  • What are you trying to accomplish?
  • What’s getting in the way?
  • What kind of structure, support and accountability helps you succeed?

There isn’t one formula.

That’s the point.

An important distinction

Sharif is a certified life coach, not a physician, psychologist, therapist or other licensed mental-health professional.

LifeCoachATL does not diagnose or treat ADHD, traumatic brain injury, mental-health conditions, developmental disabilities or other medical or psychological conditions.

Coaching can instead focus on areas such as confidence, personal goals, habits, accountability, communication, relationships, decision-making and follow-through.

When medical or mental-health care is appropriate, coaching is not a substitute for that care and can exist alongside support from qualified licensed professionals.

So What’s Your Next Level?

You don’t need a crisis. You don’t need everything figured out. And you certainly don’t need to become somebody else.

  • Maybe you’re stuck.
  • Maybe you’re starting over.
  • Maybe things are actually going pretty well—and you’re ready to find out what you’re capable of next.

Wherever you are in the game.

Let’s start there.
