This notice describes the information used by the LifeCoachATL consultation scheduler, optional client profiles, and confidence reflection.

What you share

Booking needs only your name, email address, and chosen time. You do not need an account or coaching questionnaire. An optional private profile lets you save your coaching interest, goals, challenges, and confidence reflection. Avoid sharing medical records, financial details, or other sensitive information.

How it is used

Your name, email, and meeting time are used to create a Google Calendar invitation and Google Meet link. Optional profile notes and confidence answers are stored separately and are not included in the Google invitation.

Storage and access

Saved profile answers and booking contact details are encrypted before being stored in the database. Client profiles require a verified email and password account, and the profile interface shows only your own information. Supabase Auth manages your password; it is never stored with your coaching notes. Scheduler administration is separately limited to specifically authorized Google accounts. Technical hosting and database providers process data as needed to operate the service.

Cookies

The scheduler uses an essential, time-limited session cookie to connect a booking attempt with the time you select, including safe retries. Client and coach logins use authentication cookies.

Marketing pages may load Google Tag Manager, which can send page and conversion events to Google Analytics 4 (property 289130251) and Google Ads. Hostname distinguishes www.lifecoachatl.com from go.lifecoachatl.com. The primary conversion is a confirmed introductory session named schedule, not choosing a calendar slot.

Microsoft Clarity may record anonymized session playback on this origin so we can see where the site is hard to use. Booking, profile, and chat fields are masked. Sentry records application errors so broken pages can be repaired; it is not an advertising tracker. Application Insights, when configured, records server-side funnel events only.

Booking and sign-in still work if you block tags or error monitoring. This notice is written for a US audience. A full consent banner will be added if European traffic becomes material.

The confidence reflection

You can answer the questions and view the result without an account. Answers remain in the page until you explicitly save them. If you choose account creation or password sign-in from the result, the answers are temporarily kept in your browser tab during sign-in. They can be restored only within 20 minutes and the temporary draft is removed when you return or close the tab. They are sent to the profile database only when you choose Save. Copying a result places it on your device clipboard.

Your choices

You can leave the form without booking. If you have already booked, use the organizer contact in your Google Calendar invitation to ask about your information, or to arrange a cancellation or change. Do not submit information you do not want used for this consultation.

A note about coaching

Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, or mental-health treatment. This website and booking form are not monitored for urgent requests.
