No pressure. No surprises.
What coaching costs.
Coaching is a real investment of money and attention, so it should be clear before you start. Here is how the program is built, how payment works, and how to get an exact figure for your situation.
What you are buying
The core offering is a nine-session one-to-one coaching program with Sharif. Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes, online over Zoom, scheduled around your week. Between sessions you get the part most people are actually missing: accountability that tracks whether the thing you said you would do got done.
Every program is built on the same three pillars — focus, confidence, and accountability — and shaped to what you bring. Some clients come for confidence and follow-through at work. Some come as fathers rebuilding connection after divorce or strain. The structure holds either way.
How payment works
There are two ways to pay for the program. You can pay once, up front, or spread it across weekly installments. The total is the same either way — the installment option exists so the cost can land gradually rather than all at once.
The one-payment option can also go through PayPal, Affirm, or Klarna if you would rather use their terms. Automatic weekly billing runs on a card, so Affirm and Klarna are not available on that one.
Why the number is not on this page
Because the honest answer depends on what you need, and a figure with no context is how people end up buying the wrong thing. The consultation is 30 minutes, free, and has no obligation attached. You will leave it knowing the exact price, what the nine sessions would cover for you, and whether coaching is even the right call — Sharif will tell you if it is not.
If you already know you want to start, current clients and anyone who has had a consultation can see live plan options and check out on the coaching plans page.
Coaching is not therapy
Worth saying plainly, because it affects whether this is the right spend for you. Coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented: where you are going and what you will do about it. It does not treat mental health conditions and it is not a substitute for therapy. Plenty of people do both.
